Several Store Owners have asked why their designs no longer show up on Amazon.

Amazon has removed E-Shirt, and from what we can tell, other Freelance artist marketplaces as well. This was due to the liability of copyright infringement. We think that this was initially triggered by some store owners who had posted RIP Michael Jackson designs that triggered a response by Copyright and Trademark lawyers.

We are still attempting to work with Amazon to resolve this issue, and we hope to have your designs back in Amazon, ASAP. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the legal aspects, that is all the information we can share at this time.

As a side note, please carefully consider each design you upload. You are legally liable for the designs you sell, and in addition, the designs may have a negative impact on the community as a whole.
